For this reason, we integrate ESG principles into every aspect of our activities: from service design to internal management, from governance to our relationship with the local community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"927\">Our sustainability model is based on strong and shared governance. The Board of Directors, composed of the three founding partners, leads the strategic commitment supported by a cross-functional team of professionals who coordinate committees on key issues: gender equality, privacy, whistleblowing. Every initiative arises from continuous dialogue between departments and translates into concrete actions, supported by documents such as the Code of Ethics and the Strategic Plan for Gender Equality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1485\">Our sustainability has two souls: internal and external. Internally, we promote responsible behaviors \u2013 from eliminating single-use plastics to digitizing processes \u2013 and invest in low-impact solutions such as photovoltaic systems, low-emission company cars, and rigorous waste management. Externally, we offer a circular business model that has <strong data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1348\">remanufacturing<\/strong> at its core: we regenerate used machinery to bring it back to the market with high performance and a reduced environmental footprint.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1645\">This approach led us, in 2024, to receive the <strong data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1573\">Gold Medal from Ecovadis<\/strong>, placing us among the top 5% of the most virtuous companies worldwide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1893\">We also invest in people and community: we collaborate with universities, schools, and research centers to train tomorrow\u2019s talents, and actively participate in the economic life of the territory, in synergy with public bodies and associations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"2204\">Our gaze is focused on the future. For the 2025\u20132027 three-year period, we have set ambitious goals: a new low-impact headquarters, electric vehicle charging stations, process digitalization, quality certifications, automated warehouses, and increasingly targeted training paths.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"2204\">BBM proudly declares its adherence to the set of principles promoted by the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
