Following the positive experience and the collaboration established through this supply, LUFRA later turned again to BBM for a revamping intervention on the same machine, aimed at optimizing its performance and extending its lifecycle.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Who is LUFRA: a leading dairy company in Albania<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Founded in 1992 in Lushnj\u00eb, <a href=\"https:\/\/lufra.al\/homepage-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LUFRA<\/strong><\/a> is today one of the leading dairy companies in Albania. For over thirty years, it has been producing and distributing milk, yogurt, cheese, and other dairy products, standing out for product quality and a continuous commitment to technological innovation.<\/p>\n<p>With a processing capacity of more than 65 tons of milk per day, an extensive logistics network across Albania and Kosovo, and a growing presence in international markets, LUFRA represents one of the most dynamic and recognized players in the Albanian agri-food sector.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BBM turnkey solution for the customer: from revamping to start-up<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>The collaboration between LUFRA and BBM began in 2025 at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbmpackaging.com\/en\/bbm-at-drinktec-2025-a-record-breaking-international-debut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drinktec<\/a><\/strong>, the leading international trade fair dedicated to beverage technologies held in Munich. This requirement arose from the <strong>conversion of the production line<\/strong>, previously dedicated to milk and later converted to liquid yogurt production, which required a <strong>transition from a 1L bottle to a new 40 cl format.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To meet this need, <strong>BBM internally developed the new bottle design and manufactured the related molds<\/strong>. The produced samples were then sent directly to Albania for customer approval, as the customer was unable to be present at BBM\u2019s facility during this phase. Once the solution was approved, the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) was successfully carried out.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nFek_A2SN0A?si=K1XcxVMc4PpdJB7E\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fast installation thanks to BBM service support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Installation at the customer\u2019s site was completed in just a few days<\/strong>, ensuring a rapid commissioning of the plant. Two specialized BBM service technicians managed all phases of the intervention: in just three and a half days they completed the installation, carried out production tests with the bottles developed by BBM, verified correct machine operation, and ensured compliance of the new format with the required specifications.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, <strong>the technicians trained the customer\u2019s maintenance team<\/strong>, transferring the necessary know-how for routine operation and first-level maintenance activities.<\/p>\n<p>The intervention was completed with the start-up of the blow molder.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration with LUFRA will continue after machine delivery: <strong>BBM will continue to provide technical support through its service department and spare parts availability<\/strong>, ensuring production continuity, plant reliability, and long-term efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The project confirms BBM\u2019s ability to support customers throughout the entire
