Key activities included training initiatives focused on preventing workplace harassment and promoting respectful and inclusive communication, the ongoing work of the <strong>Gender Equality Steering Committee<\/strong> in monitoring the objectives and indicators established by UNI\/PdR 125:2022, as well as company surveys designed to directly gather employees&#8217; needs and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The results provide an important tool for guiding future initiatives in the areas of welfare, workplace well-being and work-life balance, confirming the company&#8217;s commitment to developing solutions that increasingly reflect the needs of its people.<\/p>\n<p>For BBM, Gender Equality represents <strong>not only a compliance requirement, but also a corporate value that guides organisational decisions<\/strong> and contributes to building a culture based on merit, mutual respect and the professional growth of everyone.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Certification as a starting point: initiatives planned for the coming year<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recognising that valuing people requires an ongoing commitment, BBM has already identified several areas of development to focus on over the coming year, also taking into account the feedback gathered through internal surveys.
