A wonderful evening
Last Friday, on a Friday the 13th that turned out to be surprisingly lucky, BBM Packaging celebrated its first 20 years of activity with a memorable event. Over 200 people – including colleagues, collaborators, customers, suppliers, and institutional representatives – gathered at the Lenna event area, just a few steps from the sports field and right in front of the company’s production headquarters, for an evening filled with music, good food, and fun.
During the event, participants had the exclusive opportunity to visit BBM’s headquarters through a guided mini-tour, to get a close look at the beating heart of the company and better understand the work that, in twenty years, has made it a benchmark in the beverage and packaging sector.
The evening continued with an aperitif and dinner, while the little ones had fun with inflatables and games. A fun themed quiz engaged guests by testing their knowledge of the company. Providing the soundtrack was an engaging DJ set, culminating in a fireworks display that lit up the sky over Lenna, ending a night full of emotions on a high note.
20 Years of Innovation, Efficiency, and Partnership
Founded in 2005 by three partners with solid experience in the bottling line sector, BBM quickly established itself as an independent technical partner, standing out with a unique business model based on a “triangle of efficiency”: revamping, service, and spare parts.
Today, BBM Packaging is perhaps the only Italian company offering under one roof the revamping of used machines—restoring them to a performance level comparable to new—comprehensive maintenance services on systems of all brands, and fast supply of multi-brand spare parts. With 75 employees across its San Pellegrino and Lenna (BG) locations—where a large warehouse holds over 200 used machines ready for revamping and sale—BBM Packaging continues to grow, with a projected turnover of €22 million for 2024.
As Giuseppe Boffelli, CEO and co-founder of the company, highlights: “BBM is perhaps the only Italian company offering service, revamping, and sales of machines and spare parts, with a flexible approach, independent from manufacturers and strongly focused on customer needs.” The customers themselves, through their requests, have driven the company’s evolution towards refurbished machines and in-house managed spare parts, proving the strength of a solid and proactive partnership.
