OCME Pegasus Depalletizer, a high-performance robotic solution for depalletizing operations dedicated to wrap-around boxes. Pegasus allows the depalletization of pallets containing bottles or cans, safely transferring layers of product onto the production line.
The robotic gripping head removes the layer from the pallet and places it onto the feed conveyor; from there, the containers are separated and aligned on single-line conveyors, ready for the next processing stages.
Thanks to the Siemens PLC and HMI, the system offers an intuitive interface and full control of all operational functions. Available used and overhauled by BBM, in “as-is” condition, with the option to supply compatible spare parts as a sales add-on.
