Recent case studies
On behalf of the end customer, we carried out a neck finish conversion on an SMI SR 10 blow moulder and prepared a list of recommended spare parts to ensure proper long-term operation.
The machine was tested and delivered turned on, already equipped with compatible spare parts. We then applied the neck finish conversion and set up the machine in “turned on” mode, ready for use.
The job was completed quickly: only two months from the order to prepare, test, and deliver the machine to the customer.
For the same customer we also supplied:
- a Simonazzi Europa filler for glass bottles,
- two Sacmi premix units, respectively 6,000 and 12,000 liters/hour.
For another customer, instead, we sold a FIMER filler for glass bottles in TURNED-ON mode. BBM managed delivery in record time: three weeks to remove the machine and load it onto the truck, ready for shipment.
All machines were inspected, tested, and delivered “as seen and approved”, ready for immediate commissioning.
