Variety pack - can packaging line for 330 ml cans

Complete can packaging line for creating multi-flavor packs designed for the beverage market and large-scale retail. Ideal for combining pre-packaged products (e.g. sweet and bitter orange soda) and producing new mixed packages in wrap-around, tray, or film-only formats.

Composed of:

OCME PEGASUS depalletizer – single head for two product flavors on two output conveyors.
SMI SK450T tray packer – flexible packaging in film, tray, or wrap-around (n.b. video produced for demonstration purposes, not related to this specific operation).
OCME PEGASUS palletizer – high precision and fast cycle speed.
TOSA wrapper – stable and secure wrapping of the finished pallet.

Designed for 330 ml cans, the line reaches speeds of up to 30 packs per minute (24 units each). It is controlled by Siemens PLC and HMI and stands out for its high level of automation, allowing efficient operation with a reduced number of operators. Upon request, BBM can supply the line fully overhauled, tested, and guaranteed.
